The Twelfth Avenue Building is a modest four storey office block in the beltline. Its footprint is 120' by 80'. The building was designed three years after Abugov and Sunderland's Texaco Building and follows nearly the identical design theme. Upon its completion, Agugov and Sunderland set up their offices here.
