This interesting office building was built on the site of the former W. B. Barwis House, a distinguised sandstone home constructed in 1888. A fire started by two children on 20 September 1965 wrecked the home, and it was demolished thereafter. The next reference to the property was in 1969, when the new building was listed for rental. I haven't found any information on the owner or architect. Unfortunately, the swanky 1960s facade has been ruined by bad renovations.

The building is two storeys and sits on 2.5 lots (62.5 feet). The building date listed by the current owner is 1967.
